Gamer Fit Nation is a way to help fellow gamers connect and interact centered by health and fitness. Founded on April 6th 2010, Gamer Fit Nation has been there to help others learn new ways to game in a healthy way and keep your mental health in check. We have a health professional onboard who contributes to our discussions but also gives us hints and tips on how to stay healthy. Currently Gamer Fit Nation has helped many discover their bad habits and correct them before it’s too late. Everyone is a friend here; it’s a family place to behold your virtue. We list activities, suggestions, and member post their success in their ‘quests’ of healthy living. The discussions are about: mental health tips, cardio gaming, nutrition, recipes, and even weight loss as a gamer.
