GAME Denmark is a Danish non-for-profit street sport organisation. GAME Denmark trains young volunteers as role models and coaches in street basket, street soccer, dance and parkour in less advantaged neighborhoods in Denmark and in an indoor asphalt facility in Copenhagen. GAME Denmark also have a sister organisation GAME Lebanon. GAME was founded in 2002. GAME’s vision is to make urban sports and urban culture available to everyone in order to empower youth and prevent conflict and marginalization on a local and global level. The program is a fusion of different urban sports, dance, urban culture and an effort to integrate minority youth in the community. The activities are executed by a numerous group of basketball and soccer coaches as well as dance and parkour instructors. The many activities are directed by a volunteer governing body as the highest authority and are headquartered in Copenhagen.
