Architecnic, Incorporated is an award-winning architectural firm with offices in Coral Springs and Fort Myers, Florida was founded in 1987. Architecnic formed by T. Ray Patterson, who serves as the firm's principal architect, has gained a notable reputation for his design of luxury single-family residences, as well as, multifamily units in mid-rise and high-rise developments. Architecnic is the winner of the Arvida's Best Single Family Home Award for 1988 and its work has been featured in such real estate industry publications as Builder / Architect Magazine.
