REHAB/FLIP We will loan up to 70 percent of the purchase price on a flip project, sometimes more if we can see a solid upside and equity in the project. We can lend money for fix-up costs in some cases, as well. Loan terms range from one to two years. We do not require appraisals and can typically close in five to seven business days. Owner-occupied loans are made case by case, and you must vest the property in an entity such as an LLC, partnership or corporation. We do not require appraisals and have many payment and loan term options. Condominiums, tandem homes and townhouses are all acceptable types of collateral.
