Dance Institute offers ballet, barre, ballroom, jazz, hip-hop, jazz lyrical, boys hip-hop, tap, creative movement, ballet fit (fitness), dance fit, musical theater (musical theatre), pilates mat, pilates stick, pilates machines, and yoga classes for adults, teens, and children in Austin, Texas. Our competition dance teams compete nationally. Dance Institute is located in Austin, TX, near the intersection of 2222 and 620, just west of the Capital of Texas Highway / Loop 360, near River Place, Steiner Ranch, Four Points, Tintara, Alara, VanderGrift High School, Lakeway, Lake Travis, and Austin Christian Fellowship. We frequently offer special master classes with dance and fitness legends like choreographer Sonya Tayeh (So You Think You Can Dance), Edyta Sliwinska and Alec Mazo of ABC's "Dancing with the Stars" and others. Adult Group Dance classes for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels include Ballroom, Swing, Salsa, and Latin (Cha-Cha, Rumba, Samba), and adult Fitness classes include Zumba, Hip-Hop, Ballet Fit, and Pilates Mat. To strengthen one's core and build lean muscle, we also offer one-on-one and duet Private Pilates sessions with certified instructors. Our Ballet Academy for children and teens (starting with age 3) offers not only ballet and tap, but jazz/lyrical, ballroom, hip-hop, and stretch and flexbility and drill team prep classes, as well as Glee Club and Musical Theater. For young dancers who want to advance onto the pre-professional competitive level, our award-winning Performance Academy takes instruction and showcase performance to the next level.

Crescendo Academy of Music offers private and group instruction in instrumental and vocal music from highly-qualified teachers and performers in Southwest Michigan. The academy provides opportunities for performances in a variety of local venues, lessons in music theory and composition, chamber ensembles, Orff studio classes for children and adults, and Music Together®, a nationally recognized early childhood music program. Pre-school children through adults over the age of seventy are active in Crescendo’s programs. Crescendo Academy of Music adheres to the National Guild for Community Arts Education‘s Code of Best Practices. Crescendo Academy of Music is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with funding support from major foundations, arts organizations, businesses and individual donors. It strives to make music accessible to all through need-based scholarships and an instrument loan program.
