WHO WE ARE Galaxy Food Concepts LLC (GFC) is a young and dynamic organization formed under the umbrella of the Eros Group. We seek to operate successfully within the Food & Beverage category by introducing new food concept’s in the UAE. Our focus will be on Brands that provide QSR, On the Go Meals, Takeaway’s & Healthy Options. We presently have two brands Baguette Express (sandwich concept from Scotland) and Shanghai Station (Home grown brand serving Chinese and Thai food) Founded in 1999, Baguette Express is one of UK's fastest growing retail-based food franchises within the expanding world of healthy snacking.
