Gails Patchwork Emporium has been serving Quilters for the past 28 years and has been voted the best by Quilters around the globe. Experienced staff on hand to help with any queries, 6000 bolts of fabric to choose from a diverse selection, hundreds of book titles and patterns to inspire with hundreds of ideas for the next quilt to be made. Customers tend to stay for a couple of hours, not just a few minutes, even if just to peruse the bluestone building and beautiful gardens that surround- which are used for weddings, picnics and buses. We hope that this site will convey a little of the ambience and welcome that we have extended to thousands of customers since opening. Our mail order ethic is - if we have it in stock it will go before 4pm any day - we do not really have a handling charge, just what Australia Post charges is what you are charged. We can normally get approx. up to 3mt in a $5.00 satchel and we can fit approx. 5mts and a book and a few bits and bobs in a $9.00 satchel.
