In 1988, we chose Norwich in Norfolk to be our home so we could produce our much-loved KETTLE® Chips as close as possible to our potato growers. What began as a quest for a great tasting potato crisp made the old-fashioned way remains true to its roots and is more popular than ever. KETTLE® Chips leads the premium snack sector with its new product development and dedication to producing the best possible quality products. Today, KETTLE® Chips are the nation’s favourite hand cooked brand, renowned for their distinctively good crunch on each crisp. Our chef-led seasoning development ensures that our chips are always seasoned with real food ingredients, with absolutely no added MSG or artificial flavours. All KETTLE® Chips are gluten-free, responding to trends in the market without compromising on our excellent taste and texture. However, making the perfect hand cooked crisps isn’t all we do. Part of the Valeo Foods Group, we are only growing stronger and have welcomed family-favourites Metcalfe's® Snacks and YellowChips into the Kettle Foods family. Now, we get to eat crisps and Metcalfe's® delicious popcorn on a daily basis. Perfection.

We love making delicious sauce. We can’t put it any simpler. We like our food simple, good and delicious so we make our sauces that way too. Unique recipes prepared in small batches with great ingredients and absolutely no cutting corners. Tomato Ketchup made with juicy Italian tomatoes, creamy Real Mayonnaise made with extra virgin olive oil and free range eggs, and a traditional British Brown Sauce built on a healthy splash of real date puree. We make all our sauces at our “saucery” in the heart of rural Suffolk. In fact some of us have been making sauce together for 21 Years! The Stokes Way - We use real food ingredients for real food flavour. - We make our sauces ourselves and won’t ask others to do it. - Our recipes are our own. - We only make sauces we would serve at our own table. - Our jars and bottles are fully reusable, not just recyclable 'Sauces for Food Lovers' & 'Taste Without Compromise' is what we believe in. Mackays are the only remaining producers of ‘The Dundee Orange Marmalade’ in the Dundee area – the home of Marmalade. We are proud of this heritage and our continued use of authentic methods. Our marmalades and preserves are made the authentic way, in copper pans, producing small batches of quality homemade tasting marmalades, preserves and fruit curds.
