GAIA Program Information

GAIA PROGRAM GAIA program, created by Universidad Empresa Foundation, Universidad de Alcalá and CIFF, it was built as a simple, innovative idea; to provide graduate students with the opportunity to learn through experience. The main objective of Gaia program is to complete student's education jointly with professional interships, giving the opportunity to young graduates, who aspire to pursue a career high, of getting work experience while improving their skills and competencies. The program is based in two parts: Practical training: in-company interships, where the student will have a business tutor, whose role is to monitor the adequate development of the Training Plan as well as provide guidance and advice within the company. Academic training: we designate an academic tutor, whose role is to ensure the successful completion of the academic plan (CIFF). Since the distinctive feature of the program is its orientation to practical knowledge and learning, all the modules are online , its aim is to allow students maximun flexibility and freedom while providing useful content. A successfull completion of both parts of the program allows participants to obtain: - a GAIA Diploma, issued by UAH, CIFF and FUE. - a Master Degree, a university-specific degree issued by the UAH. - a Company Certificate issued by the company where the inter was posted.
