Gaia Global is a small VC firm focused on active investment in early-stage impact-oriented technology ventures that transform our economies, lives, and planet. We have an extensive network built over our careers in real assets, asset management, and entrepreneurship, leading to exclusive pipeline and valuable strategic partnerships that lend themselves to accretive exits. Our first fund, Gaia Global Ventures Fund I, is a $30M vehicle targeting Seed to Series B investments in the CleanTech, FoodTech, AgTech, and Materials spaces. The portfolio will consist of 12-15 concentrated positions in companies where we provide strategic advisory services on sustainability, commercialization planning, and long-term financing. We are particularly drawn to companies based outside of Silicon Valley and New York City, as we see significant opportunity in areas with high scientific or engineering emphasis.
