That's why we are proactive, responsive and transparent in all our communications, talk your language (not 'builder speak') and suggest solutions not problems. Also, we understand the practical realities of living through building works so we are flexible, considerate and take finish dates very seriously. We know from experience that getting to the works stage of a residential building project can take many months (particularly when planning permission is required). Involving a builder early pays dividends, as we can assist you to analyse options and bring a builder's perspective to your architect or designer's plans. Knowing how your vision has evolved makes it easier to turn your vision into a reality. That is why we are happy to meet with potential clients early in the process to discuss ideas and give an indication of costs.
