Among the partners are Marcelo Serfaty, a former Senior Partner at Banco Pactual, and Fernando Gentil, a former Executive Director at Darby Private Equity. Our team also includes other partners and professionals who are highly experienced in finance and in the fund´s targeted sectors, therefore further contributing to our investment and value creation process. G5 Evercore Private Equity´s investment philosophy is to provide long term capital to middle market companies to grow through acquisitions, organic growth and capital structure improvements.
