Fysio Fitness Alkmaar (FFA) is een gezondheidscentrum op het gebied van fysiotherapie, fitness, groepslessen en ontspanning. Het centrum biedt u de gelegenheid om verantwoord te bewegen en te relaxen. U kunt bij ons revalideren onder leiding van een fysiotherapeut, (top) sport beoefenen in de fitnessruimte in samenwerking met een (sport) fysiotherapeut, bewegen op muziek tijdens één van onze groepslessen of relaxen onder de zonnebank, in de IR-sauna, aan de bar of leestafel. Ook kunt u deelnemen aan een doelgroeptraining voor mensen met COPD, Diabetis Mellitis (DM), obesitas of parkinson. Binnen de fysiotherapiepraktijk zijn ook de specialisaties; manuele therapie, echografie en claudicatie intermittens aanwezig.
