FXI Technologies was founded after a patent on how to provide serious computing onto memory devices such as USB sticks and microSD cards was spun out of the graphics chip company Falanx Microsystems. We believe that low-end devices with a screen, such as 3.3 billion mobile phones, would become perfect platform for serious gaming, productivity and fancy weather applications for that matter by upgrading the hardware through the means of the expansion ports already present in them. By offering the worlds first single hardware/software cross-platform that offers the same graphics performance and feature set per pixel as we see in higher end devices (like PS3) we believe that our products can offer a significant market for mobile application developers without the cruel, fragmented and walled-garden world they are forced to operate in today.
