Food X Inspections was recently founded by Gene Gonzalez. Formally with XRI Testing, Gene offers 25 years hands on experience in the X-Ray field with a specific focus in Real Time Food and Commodities Inspection. His knowledge, training and experience gives him a unique perspective into his customer’s needs and a great understanding of the importance of maintaining the products integrity. He recognizes every incident is unique and customizes a recovery plan to quickly return a thoroughly inspected product. Throughout many years working within this industry, he has evaluated and inspected a variety of products of all shapes, sizes and packaging. Strict confidentiality is always a priority for Gene and his team. Food X Inspections is committed to staying informed and educated on the latest industry standards and are always looking for ways to provide clients with the best experience possible. Food X Inspections is housed in a 120,000 square foot cold storage facility that has the capability to handle dry, refrigerated and frozen products. This facility is USDA/FSIS approved and maintained, FDA registered and AIB Certified.
