Wat is Voka? Wij stellen ons graag even aan je voor. Voka, Vlaams netwerk van ondernemingen, ontstond in januari 2004, toen het Vlaams Economisch Verbond en de acht regionale Kamers van Koophandel in Vlaanderen besloten om in een alliantie intensief samen te werken. Voka is het grootste ondernemersnetwerk in Vlaanderen en vertegenwoordigt de belangen van ondernemingen tot op het hoogste niveau. Daarbij vertegenwoordigen wij meer dan 18.000 bedrijven in Vlaanderen en Brussel, goed voor 65% van de private werkgelegenheid, 70% van de toegevoegde waarde in Vlaanderen en 80% van de export. Sinds 2008 werkt Voka nauw samen met 29 sectororganisaties, wat het werkgeverslandschap nog verder versterkt. De missie van Voka? "Voka wil als het meest nabije, invloedrijke en professionele netwerk van ondernemers en de representatieve organisatie van ondernemingen in Vlaanderen een optimaal kader creëren voor succesvol ondernemen en wil op die manier fundamenteel bijdragen tot welvaart en welzijn van zijn regio."
