FutureGeneration Information

FutureGeneration is a Greek non-profit, founded in Ioannina in 2025. We help people aged 16-26 make the move from school to a working life that fits, through structured programs, a real community, and technology that makes every step count. We are not a job board or a coaching brand. We are infrastructure: a network of peers, mentors, and tools, free for participants and built on verified outcomes rather than stories. WHAT WE DO 12-Week Career Bootcamp. Online cohorts of 15, weekly tasks, and three layers of feedback (AI, HR professionals, and career advisors), ending in one live event. Free, EU-grant funded 🇪🇺 Workshops. Standalone sessions on CVs, LinkedIn, salary negotiation, and career decisions. No commitment required. Future Talks Podcast. Honest conversations with people who found their path. Ten episodes published, more in production. Interactive Workspaces. Free tools (Eisenhower Matrix, IKIGAI, SMART Goals, Startup Building Blocks) that ask young people to think and decide, not just read. Volunteer Management System. Enterprise-grade infrastructure that tracks every skill, hour, and outcome, generates ESG-compliant impact certificates aligned to UN SDGs, and gives Greece its first national record of verified volunteer activity. WHY IT MATTERS Youth unemployment in Greece sits near 19.5%, and 46% of young Greeks consider leaving the country. The structural gap is not motivation. It is the infrastructure that fills it, and that is what we are building. FOR PARTNERS We work with EU programs (Erasmus+, ESC, ESF+, CERV), corporate CSR teams, universities, and mentors who want to give time that matters.
