FutureCourse Information

FutureCourse is a Chicago-based consultancy that brings deep research, innovation, and best practices to leadership. Our view is that effective leadership is like elite athletics, involving personal training, interaction, reflection, and constant focus to improve. We practice career science, much like exercise science, to identify and facilitate the practical mindsets and behaviors that drive outstanding performance. Our goal is to meet your talent in their comfort zone: personal or small group coaching or via custom programs to optimize leadership within your context and culture. And, most importantly, we have proven strategies to sustain women and minorities in their careers, fueling extraordinary confidence, collaboration, and productivity in organizations.
