We are a social enterprise. We aim to widen access to high-quality technical training, to provide alternative routes into industry. We provide rich work experience for young people whilst building software, and data solutions for charities, social enterprises, start-ups and other non-profits. What we do: Virtual Work Experience - High-quality, meaningful, project-based, virtual work experience for young people wanting to explore a career in software development. After an intensive programme of learning and team project development with us, our trainees will have already proved their level of skill, employability and commitment to the industry. We assess and accredit our young developers against Level 2 on the Skills Framework for the Information Age Code Canteen - a regular online opportunity for people to get together and code. Inclusive to all, we hope to encourage people to learn, share and collaborate Traineeships - We want to encourage more software development related traineeships, apprenticeships and job openings for young people. We offer a range of training programmes.
