Graduate Development We have partnered with Impact International to bring to market the ‘Ignite Graduate Development Programme’. Ignite offers a comprehensive development experience for businesses that recruit a small number of graduates/junior staff members per year. This development programme combines remote and experiential learning to help individuals make that transition from student to professional. Candidates - we work at both the apprenticeship and graduate/college level.
