Future Sense Information

Future Sense is an AI adoption consultancy. We work on the part of AI that does not come in the box: the people, the habits and the operating model that a new technology has to fit into. AI is changing how we work, how we think and how organizations run their operations, and those changes arrive together rather than one at a time. We take a holistic view of that shift. We look at what it does to people's roles, their knowledge, their sense of purpose and their trust in where the organization is going, because adoption lasts only when those questions have been answered. Our approach is built on more than three decades of practice in organizational change, across industries and operating environments. We measure readiness before anything is deployed, and we say plainly what we find, including what is still uncertain. That is how we believe AI should be adopted: with the organization understood first.
