Future Physicians Information

Future Physicians is a student-led nonprofit advancing equity in healthcare career education by connecting students worldwide to meaningful clinical, research, and public health experiences. Since launching in 2024, we’ve connected 2,000+ students across 50+ countries to internships, shadowing, research, and volunteering through a network of 50+ partner hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and research labs. In collaboration with New York’s Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD) and HANAC Inc., Future Physicians provides paid internships for high school and college students, managing $3M+ in annual funding and over 300K hours of compensated experience. Beyond internships, FP fosters a global network of youth leaders through its Ambassadors & Chapters Program—with 20+ active chapters (~25 members each) and 40+ ambassadors leading outreach, workshops, and community health initiatives. Our media platforms extend FP’s impact: TikTok: 12K followers, 550K likes, 12M+ views LinkedIn: 3K followers, 500K impressions Newsletter: 1.2K subscribers, 15K reads In 2025, FP hosted the Global Healthcare Symposium, attracting 800+ registrants and 500+ attendees from 50+ countries. The event featured physicians, admissions officers, and pre-med students from leading universities—including Harvard—and earned institutional recognition from UC Riverside and George Washington University.
