I'm Bernice. For 35 years, local news was my life. I built a career by leading journalists through the unexpected, being curious, open to possibility, and relentlessly devoted to truth. As I grew, I realized my job didn't define me, but it did give me perspective. It taught me that you have to be all-in on leadership and committed to listening to your teams to help them thrive. As a Certified Professional Coach, I do the same. I'm curious. I listen.
