Future Concept Lab Information

Future Concept Lab is a research institute that specialises in strategic consulting services, allowing it to stand out in the international arena as one of the worlds most advanced marketing research centres, with expertise in forecasting trends in consumption. With extensive research activities in Europe, North America, South America and Asia, Future Concept Lab was from the beginning of its existence structured as a global project. Its headquarters is in Milan (Italy), and in January 2011 it opened a new office in São Paulo (Brazil). Future Concept Lab has research correspondents in twenty-five countries around the world, who together make up the virtual platform: the Genius Loci Lab. Future Concept Lab’s constant goal is that of developing and sharing new product, communication and distribution concepts, which will enable clients to effectively deal with both, the advanced and the emerging markets, by working in terms of what are considered to be the key words of the future. The Institute carries out integrated research projects, based on specific methodologies that lead to definitions of sector-related scenarios. In addition, FCL offers consulting and training services, and publishes works related to the Institute’s main activities as a global observatory and research laboratory; for instance FCL’s most recent book Consum-Authors.
