We assess a candidates’ suitability for a career in real estate sales and put them in touch with employers looking for a an efficient and cost effective way to grow their sales team! We seek self-motivated, high achievers who demonstrate through their history, sales ability & personality profile a higher than average probability of success in the role. We use the Real Estate Simulator, a unique world-class internet based tool, along with a series of questions critical to the assessment. Those candidates with a current or pending Agents Representative/Salespersons License will be highly regarded but more importantly we are seeking people with a personality profile that is common to the majority of successful people within the industry. The Real Estate Simulator gives us an indication of someone’s Persistence, Sociability, Assertiveness, Dependability and Emotional Resilience. The on-line interaction with “Virtual Clients” tells us about their sales ability…..how they Build Rapport, Listen & Comprehend Information and whether they possess natural Closing Skills. We are looking for previous successes in other areas of life…..business, academic or sport. A desire to learn and a motivation and dedication to succeed.
