Sustainably Built can also provide a RESNET Accredited Home Energy Rating (HERS). HERS ratings are required by law in some municipalities, and are important components of receiving LEED for Homes or Energy Star certification. A HERS rating is also essential for receiving the $2000 Federal Energy Efficiency Tax Credit for new construction.
