Fusion Security Limited was established in January 2007 following the merger of two of Northamptonshire' most reputable and respected security providers, Connect Security Limited and Stargard Security Limited. The merger saw the fusing of both personnel and services resulting in an organisation with an experienced and knowledgeable management team along with making Fusion the only local independent security provider with the ability to provide the entire spectrum of security services from Security Dog Handlers to Manned Guarding, from Mobile Patrol and Keyholding to Event and Hospitality Security. Fusion Security's goal is to provide all of their clients, no matter the size or duration of the assignment, with the quality of service that they expect and deserve. However what sets us apart from our competitors is our strict recruitment and training policies. These help to establish operational best practice and guarantee that all of our personnel have the skills and abilities to meet client requirements. New security legislation has recently come into force that will ensure the security industry maintains professional standards and exceeds minimum operating guidelines set down by the Government. The implementation of The Private Security Industry Act 2001 means that all contract security officers must posses an SIA (Security Industry Authority) license. These are criteria that Fusion strictly adhere to which means that their clients benefit from the most professional security service possible as all of our employees have the specific training required and either already hold the relevant licence. Fusion Security Limited is an SIA Approved Contractor, the scheme was established to recognise and highlight those organisations that meet the highest possible standards within the industry, providing commercial benefits to both suppliers and customers.
