A Escola de Direito do Rio de Janeiro da Fundação Getulio Vargas foi criada em 2002 com o objetivo de oferecer ao país um novo modelo de ensino jurídico, capaz de produzir lideranças para pensar o Brasil em longo prazo. Hoje, a Escola é referência no país em carreiras jurídicas públicas e em direito empresarial.

With this, we benefit 4 million Brazilian students, teachers and researchers. We were the pioneers, bringing the internet to Brazil, and today our network reaches all units of the federation. We are also connected to other education and research networks in Latin America, North America, Africa, Europe, Asia and Oceania through terrestrial and submarine fiber optic cables. We are qualified as a social organization linked to the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MCTI) and maintained by it, together with the ministries of Education (MEC), Communications (MCom), Culture, Health (MS) and Defense (MD ), who participate in the RNP Interministerial Program (PRO-RNP).
