Our mission is to be a research and development center, whose central axis is the production of pertinent knowledge and the creation of alternatives for human, social, environmental development and a decent life for early childhood, childhood and youth, their families and communities, prioritizing those who are in conditions of exclusion and high social conflict in Colombia, Latin America and in the countries with the greatest inequality gaps, through research, social and technological innovation, the training of advanced human talent and at other levels, the dissemination of experiences, participation in networks and influence on public policies and civil society organizations. Vision Consolidate ourselves as a research and development center that is technically, environmentally and economically sustainable, supported by expert collaborators in the production of knowledge, social and technological innovation, and training in early childhood, childhood, youth, family there is education, which promotes the exercise of rights, capacity building and comprehensive development of children and youth in Colombia, Latin America and the Caribbean in coordination and alliance with national and international organizations and networks and with an impact on public politics.
