Functional Brain Training (FBT) is the realized mission of our founders’ passions to create, deliver and evolve cutting-edge solutions to a broad spectrum of human health, wellness and personal performance issues. It allows simple, yet extremely specialized movements and exercises to be given that restore the brain to a balanced and even more powerful function. The key to fixing the brain lies in specifically identifying both the weakest and the strongest areas of the brain. It's the pull, or differences, between the two that create a disagreement and make a life less than it can be. Disagreements between areas of the brain are what cause a lessening of the brain's ability to function smoothly and optimally. The closer in strength that similar areas in the brain are, the better the brain, and therefore that person, will perform. The performance (cognition, [thinking], attention, learning, behavior, movement, balance, decision making, chronic pain, etc.) depends upon which areas of the brain are involved. FBT allows these areas to finally be discovered. FBT is a profoundly leading-edge perspective on how the balanced strength of our brain's function, the food we eat, and the specific movement of the body can correct poor performance, enhance lowered function, and reverse ill health.
