Functional Auditing specialises in the understanding of human capital relative to the environment that they're in. It quantifies the effect the environment has on any individual or groups of individuals. It specialises in the invisible elements, which determines whether an individual is suited to a role or position, and more importantly, whether that individual is telling the truth about themselves. This system measures their invisible characteristic values and their holistic functioning ability. It is a world first in mathematically determining both the visible and invisible characteristics or values. Every equation should be validated for both Reliability and Validity by using both the Coefficient Alpha and The Standard of Deviation system respectively. All present analysis or test are solely based on the visible aspects of Human function and never able to address the invisible aspects of the human functioning style. Mathematically there is no way we can use the visible methodologies such as CV's, Interviews or Checks, as people can act out the part at any time, making it scientifically impossible to measure the characteristics of an actor. However, it is possible to mathematically determine the invisible aspects of human functioning, by measuring the effect the environment has on the individual within that defined environment on a scale of 0 - 100 accurately. The invisible characteristics has been around forever but never been identifiable through the sciences until recently.
