IRC sells direct to the three largest customers and through well-established rep groups managed by Territory Sales Managers for all other customers. IRC’s customer base numbers in the thousands while consumer direct sales are conducted via Intexcorp.com and a fully staffed Consumer Service Call Center with agents in Long Beach, the Philippines and China. Annual sales volume is significant, as well as seasonal in nature, necessitating extensive forecasting, tight controls and detailed execution. IRC has been in business selling consumer products for over 50 years and is a member of the Intex family of companies.
