Leicester College is one of the leading Further Education Colleges within the UK. The College has an excellent reputation as a training provider to businesses both locally and nationally. The College works closely with employer partners to deliver apprenticeships, work-based training and college training, through existing programmes or bespoke training designed specifically to meet the need of the business. Leicester College is also the largest training provider of Apprenticeships in the City and sub region, training almost 3,000 apprentices this year ranging from 16- 18 year olds to adult apprentices. We have an incredible wealth of expertise in a broad range of Apprenticeship programmes including business administration, construction crafts, motor vehicle, hairdressing and print. Together with our Apprenticeship Training Agency (ATA), the College delivers a comprehensive offer to the employer. Our teams work directly with the employer to help identify the correct apprentice required, and supports the employer from recruitment to delivery. Leicester College is home to a brilliant team of industry experienced experts. Our assessors, trainers, business managers and training consultants all have significant experience working within their specialisms. We are also incredibly proud of the established relationships we enjoy with large and small employers, and their continued investment in their businesses and their workforce.

Lionheart Academies Trust was founded in April 2014 in order to establish a foundation for the improvement and enhancement of educational provision in the East Midlands. Centred around our 'outstanding'​ lead academy, Beauchamp College, we have a strong track record of academies excellence, coupled with a clear focus of providing a holistic education which develops young people socially, emotionally and spiritually. From the foundation of the Multi Academy Trust we had the main priority of investing in the lives of young people from their early experiences of schooling in nursery, to their final years preparing for university or other employment opportunities. Our aim is simple, whether it be in our primary schools, secondary schools or sixth form colleges, and that is to provide a range of educational experiences that are challenging, equitable, enjoyable and are able to break down any barriers so that all can succeed. This involves seeking to create life-long learners and offer outstanding provision for our 4-19 year olds. Since the establishment of our Trust we have gradually grown into a supportive network of academies and we continue to go from strength to strength. This has included collaboratively working with a range of schools, both at primary and secondary level, some who initially had some difficult and challenging circumstances. We are proud of the support we have been able to provide all schools who have joined out trust, from supporting Ofsted judged 'inadequate'​ schools to become 'good'​ schools in less than two years, to working closely with senior leaders in order to help raise educational achievement for young people. In addition to leading our own academies, Beauchamp College is a National Support School and is experienced in successfully supporting schools and governing bodies to realise rapid improvements.

A warm welcome to Beauchamp. We are all very proud of our college which began over 600 years ago as the grammar school in Kibworth Beauchamp. Over half of our students are from ethnic minorities and this has greatly enriched our daily college experience. Our students and staff thrive in a mature, supportive, focussed and innovative environment where individuals and the college have enjoyed great success through hard work, service, respect, dignity and integrity.
