Full Circle Studio Information

At Full Circle Pilates and Health we specialize in personalized Pilates workouts that are accessible to everyone, from post-rehabilitation to training for elite athletes. Our instructors work on each individual's postural re-alignment needs and help clients gain functional strength, body awareness, and increased pain free range of motion. We create individualized Pilates programs that work alongside the full continuum of health and wellbeing. Full Circle Pilates and Health is also the STOTT Pilates Instructor Training facility for Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. Courses and workshops at Full Circle Pilates and Health are attended by students internationally.
