Full Circle Architecture, LLP Information

Construction is an expensive and challenging undertaking, and we think it should produce dividends beyond shelter and financial return. Established in 1996, Full Circle emphasizes a beautiful and appropriate design product with sound underpinnings for longevity and sustainability. We start by listening to our client's story: their performance needs, expectations for quality and budget considerations. We listen to the site and surroundings, gathering feedback that suggests opportunities and limitations and will inform the character of our architectural response. Ultimately, Full Circle connects the dots between our client's needs and expectations, opportunities and challenges of the site, and the triple bottom line of social, ecological and financial factors in a synthesis of design that elevates the whole beyond the sum of its parts. Services include architectural and interior design, master planning, specifications and presentation; coordination of specialized technical disciplines, public review process guidance and advocacy; applications research, construction documentation and modeling; construction administration, coordination, energy auditing, commissioning and post-occupancy support; green building consultation, sustainable systems integration, GreenPoint Rating and LEED program administration. Full Circle has earned the reputation of thorough, in-depth attention to detail in all phases of project delivery.
