Fulfilled Path is all about assisting you in paving the way to your best self and establishing a path to your personal fulfillment. Hi, my name is Valencia! I was born and raised in Maryland and currently reside here with my family. I am a mother of twin boys and a little terrier, and I love plants! I completed my Masters's program in Mental Health Counseling at Trinity Washington University in Washington, DC in 2014. Since then, I have worked throughout southern Maryland with school-aged children, Teens, Adults, and families. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, stress management, and parenting issues. In 2018, I started my own psychotherapy practice, Fulfilled Path, LLC in Bowie, Maryland. I enjoy working with adults and families and witnessing them reach their personal goals. I have a holistic approach to therapy that focuses on the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of a person. I believe, when in balance, these factors pave the way to self-actualization and personal fulfillment.
