Developed by husband and wife team, Paula and Eddie Natale, the business started out as a home-based hobby but due to high demand quickly grew into a full-time operation. The Natale family has its roots in the picturesque, mountainous, Abruzzo Region of Italy. The region is famous throughout the world for its culinary achievements, particularly in the area of confectionery.
