2011 proved to be another exciting year for FTSE, ending with the recent announcement of the change to our ownership structure, with the London Stock Exchange Group acquiring the 50% it did not already own from Pearson. We are very excited about this change and believe that it will be an important catalyst in our global expansion, supporting our plans to further develop our global benchmark solutions, as well as grow our business in the ETF and derivatives space. We are proud to have built a strong and successful global benchmarking business that is client focused and innovative. We look forward to continuing to operate under an ownership structure that knows and values the way we operate, manage and govern our indices. This strong stance on governance is what makes us different and will continue to do so. 2011 was a significant year for us in other ways as well. We celebrated the 10th anniversary of the launch of the FTSE4Good Index Series, and announced the launch of the new FTSE4Good ESG Ratings. This new data service provides a comprehensive, transparent and objective system to measure the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices of over 2,300 public companies worldwide. In June, we also announced the acquisition of ICB, the global standard for sector classification, buying out Dow Jones Indexes' 50% interest in the joint product initiative. In 2011 we were also proud to become the first global index provider to deliver streaming real-time index values direct to users, through an iPhone application - 'FTSE App'. The service provides iPhone users with direct insight into real-time market activity for over 50 individual country indices, including the FTSE All-World, FTSE 100, FTSE MIB and FTSE China 25 Index.
