We have extensive experience managing responsive maintenance, refurbishment and planned works for a wide range of organisations from local authorities and private landlords through to education and healthcare developments and commercial projects of all sizes. As a company, we take great pride in our high proportion of directly-employed staff, but we also have access to a wide range of specialist subcontractors via our stringently-controlled accredited list of approved companies. Typical specialist works include: • scaffolding, • asbestos removal, • asphalting, • damp-proofing, • door-entry systems, • specialist installations and systems. All subcontractors complete a competency questionnaire evidencing their ability to meet the required standards set by FT Finley. We select subcontractors from our approved list who adopt and maintain all FT Finley’s standards and methods of working to provide a high quality service. As a result of our reputation for reliability and quality, strict quality-control and supervision and providing customer satisfaction, while offering a competitive value-for-money service means our customer base has grown significantly.
