The Financial Services Institute (FSI) was established in accordance with Law No. 10 of 2009, which regulates the supervision of non-banking financial markets and instruments, and in accordance with Presidential Decree No. 260 of 2010. The Financial Services Institute serves as the training arm of the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) and provides training services to all non-banking financial sectors (Capital Market, Insurance, Leasing, Mortgage Finance, Microfinance, Consumer Finance, Factoring, and Movable Collaterals).
