Frumatic is an international boutique technology company with over a decade of custom software development experience across four countries (Monaco, Sweden and Turkey). We help entrepreneurs, startups, and industry leaders in Europe turn business goals into reality through innovative digital solutions. Since March 2023, we've shifted focus to building our own in-house SaaS platform while continuing to deliver tailored custom software, particularly in the automotive vertical. The automotive retail sector is the world's largest retail market yet has one of the lowest e-commerce penetration rates. Giants like Carvana, Kavak, and Vroom have disrupted the space, but independent dealers urgently need modern tools to compete. Frumatic's mission is to equip independent vehicle traders with end-to-end technology infrastructure, helping them thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape, cut operating costs, and support the shift to electric vehicles (aligning with UN climate objectives). Our flagship Dealer Management System (DMS) SaaS platform automates and digitizes the full dealership workflow: inventory management, vehicle history & technical data, expense tracking, listings, financing, e-signatures, accounting, work orders, inspections, CRM, analytics, AI-driven pricing and profit optimization, and more. This reduces dependence on physical showrooms, paperwork, and large teams—driving efficiency, profitability, and the ability to operate fully online. In Q3 2025, we launched a major new initiative to digitize commodities trading. Leveraging our expertise in complex, data-heavy systems and scalable automation, this project creates advanced software to modernize trading workflows, improve transparency, optimize operations, and tackle challenges in volatile markets, logistics, and regulation.
