Fruits in Ice Cream Information

The Food People, Inc. (TFPI) was formed in 1997 with the express desire to create premium ice cream for export under the brand Fruits in Ice Cream (FIC). Comprised of former key executives of the Philippines' largest food and beverage conglomerate, the founders of TFPI have a collective experience of more than two decades in the international and domestic ice cream business. FIC uses only carefully selected premium quality dairy and tropical fruit ingredients. Unlike commercial products that call themselves "ice creams" but use vegetable fats and non-dairy substitutes, we use only the best milk ingredients from New Zealand and Australia. In fact, you get a glass of milk in every scoop of FIC. Our spectacular location in the Southeast Asia also allows us to take advantage of the freshest tropical fruits and we put a lot of them in our ice cream. Our fruit flavors are 1/3 real fruit so you get their full goodness unlike other brands that only use flavoring.
