Tammy grew up in the Houston area and is a proud graduate of the University of Houston. She's spent the last 14 years living and raising her family in Katy. After receiving her Real Estate license in 2012, Tammy wasted no time in earning the top designation an agent can achieve- her Broker's license. In 2016, Tammy opened Fruge Properties and has never looked back. In 2013, Tammy received Coldwell Banker's Rookie of the Year award. She is currently recognized as one of the Houston Business Journal's top producing Real Estate Agents for both dollar volume and transactions closed.
