Founded in 1994 by James Frost and Guy Chaddock, Frost/Chaddock Developers, LLC is a Sherman Oaks-based developer, general contractor, and property manager of residential, retail and mixed-use properties, primarily in Los Angeles. Over the course of its operating history, Frost/Chaddock has built, repositioned, leased, managed, and re-sold everything from entry-level housing to multi-million-dollar luxury mixed-use complexes, having acquired or developed more than 160 properties valued in excess of $250 million. Frost/Chaddock’s activities cover all principal areas of real estate development, including investment, development, construction and property management. Frost/Chaddock’s current portfolio includes 237 managed apartment units, 95 condominium units in various stages of entitlement or construction, approximately 50,000 square feet of retail product in various stages of entitlement or construction, and 318 apartment units under construction, all of which are located in the most desirable areas of Los Angeles.
