Frontline Diagnostics (FLD) started as a family company in 1999 and is purely devoted to Alcohol and Other Drug Screening services. The first to reach NATA accreditation for onsite Drug & Alcohol screening and collection; FLD’s purpose built systems and processes are designed to maximise client service, with respect to local and regional variables and requirements. Created with the vision of increasing Workplace Health and Safety, FLD developed the model of “the complete solution”, assisting clients all the way through the process of introducing a Drug and Alcohol Management Plan (DAMP). From policy development and stakeholder consultation, through to general education, AQTF training, program development and the end result of onsite screening, FLD has the goal of providing clients as much – or as little support as they need. With over a decades experience to offer, this model has much to offer. A truly National Service, FLD has expanded throughout Australia with a combination of physical offices and mobile clinic services.
