We are a collection of professionals brought together to solve some of the world’s most complex problems in the most challenging environments. Our workspace is the embodiment of our corporate namesake - the Frontier. We go beyond where it is considered safe and certain. We push beyond those boundaries in the pursuit of our ethos to serve others. Inspired by the bravery and sacrifice of the Ukrainian people following Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in 2022, the founding partners all deployed independently of each other to lean in, do what they could, and try and move the needle in the face of tyranny. Their shared commitment to standing in the gap and helping those seeking freedom was the beginning of Frontier Operations and that commitment is the cornerstone of our future.
