Frontida Zois Information

Frontida Zois provides social care at home with nurses and social workers to elderly and disabled people. Our company except from its own care giving activities collaborates constantly with the Greek Ministry of Health in the National project “Home care for pensioners” concerning the funding of country’s accredited social care structures to provide home care of elderly people for free. Frontida also participates in various European research projects on aspects related with the improvement of the social care services or the validation and testing of innovative ICT solutions for the upgrade of the quality of life of the elderly and disabled people. Role Research and study on the socioeconomic factors and ICT innovations that aim to improve the quality of life and independency of the elderly people. Frontida Zois has big experience in care giving for elderly and in social research, and through its enlisted beneficiaries can contribute to projects focused on elderly care providing: - End user requirements research and analysis - Provision of real life scenarios - Validation of the methodology of the new research product followed by testing and training of end users - Promotion and information on the usage of the research among the elderly and disadvantaged people - Dissemination activities Key competences Practical experience in all issues that affect the daily life of the elderly people due to our every day care giving services provided in their own environment.
