Front Runner Consulting® began as an executive search business for turnaround and restructuring firms, finance companies providing advisory service, private equity groups, law firms, and investment bankers. Because Front Runner Consulting, LLC works with business leaders and consultants who have first hand knowledge of capital needs, we now operate as a “business recruiter” for thousands of investors that invest in businesses with annual revenues from $10 million to over $1 billion. These investors realize the value of our contacts for relevant deal flow. As a business recruiter, whether we place an executive with a company or a company with an investor, the process is very similar. As such, Front Runner Consulting is working with investors who finance MBO opportunities and executives looking to run a business they have excellent insight about but lacks acquisition capital.
