The Leadership Prism defines leadership readiness across five dimensions, with impact at the center. This makes capability visible, measurable, and actionable. It helps organizations understand what roles require today and in the future while building individual leadership profiles to assess fit and target development interventions. The Prism sits at the intersection of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development. We're also developing Signal Strategies, a concept born from experience on both sides of the employer-workforce table. It helps workforce systems listen to what the employer market is actually telling them, identify shared problems, and design responses worthy of employer investment.
