Friends is a collaborative design company helping visionary leaders invent better, fairer futures. For the past five years, Friends has worked with executive teams to build new capabilities and make a positive impact in the world. Working alongside organizations including NASA, Impossible Foods, Nike, and Mount Sinai during moments of (re)invention and growth, we support teams as they take on the most challenging issues of our time—health care, diversity, climate change, and criminal justice reform. In addition to their consultancy, Friends created a members-only community that provides new benefits to talented professionals challenging the status quo.
